How to feed?

The problem with the ingredient "animal fat" is that it could mean any type of animal. Roadkill, a bird euthanized at a shelter. It is common that pet food companies will use 4D meats (diseased, disabled, dead or dying before slaughter) if they do not classify which animal fat is used. Animal fat is known as the byproduct of rendering. If the type of animal is stated as an ingredient (chicken fat, pork fat, beef fat) then those fats can be considered as a reasonably high-quality ingredient.
