We recognize that not everyone can afford this luxury for every one of their dog’s meals. But your dog will significantly benefit even if you can splurge for these meats occasionally. 

Ways to get the best prices include local farmer’s markets, raw dog food co-ops, or local farmers that will supply you with their “waste” animal products. 

If you can find a family-owned farm that is not commercially labeled as organic yet embraces the practices, they tend to have much better prices. Even local butchers often allow you to take or buy scrap meat parts.
